Department of Mathematics
The Department of Mathematics was established in 1996 at B.L.J. Govt. (P.G.) College Purola, Uttarkashi.
Presently affiliated with Sri Dev Suman University, the department offers comprehensive three-year graduate programs.
Our primary objective is to provide undergraduates with a solid grounding in Mathematics, equipping them with the skills to tackle complex problems using mathematical theories and applications effectively.
In addition to their teaching responsibilities, our faculty members actively engage in cutting-edge research.
We are pleased to announce the adoption of the National Education Policy-2020 curriculum, effective from the academic session of 2022-23.
