The Department of Political Science of B. L. J Government (PG)College, Purola Uttarkashi was established in the year of 2012 with the commitment to impart quality education in the region. Since 2017-18 the college has been affiliated with Sri Dev Suman Uttarakhand Vishwavidalya Badshahithaul, Tehri Garhwal . At Present, the Department is providing Undergraduate Course (BA) in Political Science, keeping the objective to sensitize the students about the contemporary political situation of the world, so the young minds emerge as the competent citizens of tomorrow.
